I couldn't resist the juxtaposition of the two phoebe reports. Brad & Lindsay Deering found an E.Phoebe at Jeffrey park in Bexley on the Columbus CBC this past Saturday. Although they're not unknown from the hill country of southeast Ohio in winter, this is the first Columbus CBC record for a very long time. Hard to believe that these two birds were within 100 miles of one another....in Ohio in December.
