There have been some interesting reports coming out of Lost Bridge,
presumably lost in extreme southwest Ohio. I went down to try to find it
yesterday, but I'm pretty sure I didn't succeed. There is a "Lost Bridge"
annotated on Google Maps southwest of Cleves, but I couldn't find a way
into it. I asked the gate worker at Shawnee Lookout. His directions led
me to a bridge that didn't look in the least lost. It crossed the Great
Miami River and just on the other side there was a large shallow
impoundment that looked like a sand pit associated with an ODOT garage.
There were actually a few shorebirds there, but I am not at all sure that
it is the right place. Can someone in the Cincinnati area post definitive
directions?

Much obliged,

Bob
