There were many ducks on the Wellington Upground Reservoir in Lorain County
this afternoon. We estimated nearly 1000 Ruddy Ducks and 800 American Coot.
There was a beautiful Long-tailed Duck on the east side of the reservoir not
far from the boat ramp.
We also had Redheads, Lesser Scaup, Gadwall, American Wigeon, Ring-necked
Ducks, Mallards, and a few Pied-billed Grebe.
