I had never been to this relatively new park northeast of Columbus so I thought I'd check it out. Pretty nice mix of habitat: grasslands/fields, wet meadows, small ponds, swamp forest, secondary growth areas. Birded from 12:00-1:30 pm. Got 25 species:House Wren... Gray Catbird.. Robin..Black Vulture... Tree Swallows...Red Wind Blackbirds.. Eastern Phoebe.. Great Blue Heron.. Eastern Bluebird..Tree Sparrow...Grackle,.. Red Tailed Hawk..Blue Jay,.. Red Breasted Grosbeak (M & F)..Carolina Chickadee.. Golfinch.. American Redstart.. Barn Swalllow, White Breasted Nuthatch.. Cowbird.. Song Sparrow... Killdeer... American Crow... Mallard Duck.. Tufted Titmouse.. Field Sparrow
