Rob and Sandy Harlan briefly had Neotropic Cormorant at same location as yesterday-- behind the McDonald's overlooking Sulphur Creek Estuary cedar point road. Bird was present for ten minutes near the docks then abruptly lifted and flew north down the channel towards Pipe Creek and the bay.
