The migration continues with over 25 species of warblers reported today.
Not huge numbers but a great variety to thrill the many birders who were
here today.
A red phase Eastern Screech owl peeked out of the wood duck box just
west of where the other screech owl has perched for the last week or so.

Thanks again to Tropical Birding guides who have helped everyone who
asks, to find and identify birds. Thanks also to the volunteer who have
pulled garlic mustard and to all of you for noticing their efforts.
This is the sixth year we have pulled it and it has made a difference!

Thanks also to the Friends of Magee marsh for providing the food vendor
for the crowds this year..........good food and part of the proceeds
will be given to the Friends of Magee Marsh. .

And now to the birds...............my crystal ball says that Thursday
and Friday will be big days here.............so do whatever it takes to
come enjoy the warblers.
Soon they will all be gone..............

Happy Birding
