Reply To: | [log in to unmask][log in to unmask], 10 Dec 2012 17:18:04 -0500214_ISO-8859-1 I had a Northern Mockingbird in my Twin Lakes back yard today, 3 miles north of Kent. Saw it for about a minute. An oddity for December 10 around these parts, but not unheard of. Brad Bolton40_10Dec201217:18: [log in to unmask] |

Well, I didn't get this posted in a timely manner -- too much going on.
Anyway, Thursday while driving from Chillicothe to Columbus up US 23:
6 Red Tail Hawks
1 Cooper's Hawk
1 adult Bald Eagle (just south of South Bloomfield)
1 Northern Harrier in winter plumage (just north of South Bloomfield)
1 (probably) 2nd year Bald Eagle at I-270/I-71 interchange
not bad for about an hour's "work" - didn't have to leave the car!
