Emil Bacik reports good numbers of shorebirds at Pickerel Creek WA, including RED-NECKED and WILSON'S PHALAROPE, BAIRD'S SANDPIPER, Black-bellied Plover, and Dunlin. These birds were observed north of the observation tower, where several hundred birds were present.

Emil also visited Willow Point and Pipe Creek Wildlife Areas, but added no mentionable shorebirds.

Good birding -
Gabe Leidy
