At least one of the Black Scoters that Steve Landes and Dan Sanders reported yesterday was still here this morning, best viewed from the disc golf/boat launch area off Africa Road. It was hanging out with a raft of coots. At 11:36 it flew north out of sight but didn't seem to be leaving the reservoir.
