I visited the sandspit for a couple of hrs. today. There was a Ruddy
Turnstone on the breakwall with a couple of Spotted Sandpipers. Nothing
real exciting. I had a Redhead inside the breakwall. A lone Horned
lark was on the beach with a dozen Killdeers. One Bonaparte's and one
Caspian Tern. 6 species of shorebirds.
