Hey all -
Finding Headlands not at all lively this morning,
Ethan Kistler & I jetted over to Conneaut Harbor. We
arrived at 9 a.m. and tallied 11 shorebird sp. in a
little over an hour. 4 WHIMBRELS that passed directly
overhead and out over the lake, before heading east
along the breakwall were the obvious highlight.
Black-bellied Plover (2), Stilt Sandpiper (1), and a
snipe were present throughout our entire stay.
Good birding -
Gabe Leidy
