It's not as easy as it ought to be, but it's not that tough. If you download the handy documentation form that the committee provides, the chairman's address is at the top of the page.

If Ned's mailbox is full, I suspect it is because he is on vacation, and not because we're overwhelming the system. I hope I'm wrong, of course.
