Below the dam this evening, at Hoover Reservoir in Columbus, there was a
second cycle Thayer's Gull. Also present were a Wood Duck and both Kinglets
along with a good number of ducks. The reservoir is essentially frozen with
a few small areas kept open by geese/ducks.
