As I watched the flurry of birds at my stockpile of bird food today, this
is who showed up...
Mourning Doves-5-6prs
Eastern Starlings-4+
Blue Jays-6
Cardinals - 4prs
White Breasted Nuthatch-1pr
Male Red Bellied Woodpecker-1
Downy Woodpeckers- 1pr
American Tree Sparrows-2
Chipping Sparrow-1
Song Sparrow-1
As I enjoyed watching them throughout the day I continued to look for new
species or just to see who was out there and...
to my great surprise 2 prs of Eastern Bluebirds show up. It was obvious
they were out looking for food and hungry. I was so happy to see them and
take some pics of their roch beautiful hues against the white snow.
