This in from Sandy Savoy, who found the Scissor-tailed Flycatcher Friday at 1:00 p.m.: The bird was perched on a utility wire at 65820 Ohio River Scenic Byway (State Route 124), near Reedsville, Ohio. About 4 miles north of the Belleville Dam.
