The McCartys and I discovered a Franklin's Gull just west of the powerplant outlet about 10:15 this morning.  It was still there when I left at 11.  A Long-tailed Duck was somewhat east of the outlet, moving further east, about 10.  A few Lesser and Greater Black-backed Gulls were among the hundreds of Bonaparte's and thousands of Ring-billed and Herring Gulls.
