Hi all,
Back in Zanesville for a week and made a quick afternoon visit to the Wilds in Cumberland. Among the usual grassland winter birds a nice adult Golden Eagle was found being mobbed by an irate Red-tailed Hawk. Also seen was a dark phase Rough-legged Hawk. No sign of rarities(Falcons, Shrikes, etc). A few ducks are still holding forth including Redhead, Scaup and Ring-necks).
