   Hello To All:
I have never had success spotting owls (you might say Kites, too).
I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice as to perhaps the
best time of day, where to look or any special insights you might
have. I'm up for any great stories, too.
I genuinely appreciate the help. I hope this is the forum for such
inquiries.
    Thanks!
    Cindy O
