Lots of ducks today. Large flocks of male and female red-breasted mergansers
close to shore, as well as smaller groups of buffleheads. Saw two male
buffleheads displaying/competing for a female. One ruddy duck in a group of
about a dozen American coots- no other ruddy ducks present in area.
Also, dozens of Canada geese, unid'd gulls.
Great spot for ducks, too bad there aren't better places to pull over/park.
