A brief stop around noon. 4/17
The young GH Owls are out and sitting near the top of the tree which
contains the nesting cavity. I can hardly call them "owlets" because they
appeared to be nearly full size. They were sitting together in plain view
from the road on the west side of the ridge.

Otherwise, there were a few things scattered about. the more remarkable:

Black-throated Green Warbler - 1
Nashville Warbler - 1 (I only got a very brief glimpse of it, but it had
a white eye-ring, bright yellow belly, and gray head. I did not notice
wingbars and, I think that if they "eye-ring" was spectacles", I would
have noticed.

Yellow-rumped Warbler
Ruby-crowned Kinglet.
