For the last 4 days there have been between 24 and 45 Redheads on a partially frozen pond at the St. Rt. 82 entrance to a development called the Lakes of Aurora. About an equal number of drakes and hens. Seems odd to find them on such a small body of water. They are so close that binoculars are not even needed!
