Julie Karlson and I took a walk on the bike trail at South Charleston in
Clark County this morning. On the way back we heard and then saw a Bell's
Vireo. It was about a mile from Route 41. This is a few hundred yards past
Trupoint. We also saw a pair of Red-headed Woodpeckers. This trail is good
for sparrows and we heard Chipping, Song, Field, Savannah, and Vesper
Sparrows on the walk.
