Troy Shively just called to report the GLSM CBC had found a minimum of
13 Eurasian collared-doves in Celina (old Delorme 44 D-3). They were
along the Celina-Coldwater bike trail just across US 127 from Bella's
Restaurant. Also, some open water in Grand Lake St. Marys near the fish
hatchery featured ~1000 Canada geese with five cackling geese, 2 snow
geese, 4 tundra swans, plus canvasbacks, scaups, red-br and c. mergs,
pintails, ring-necked ducks, etc. Another cackler was among the Canadas
at the fish hatchery as well.
