We found a Buff-breasted Sandpiper on the beach at Buck Creek State Park
this morning. It was a beautiful juvenile. There were also about 100
Killdeer and two Least Sandpipers. There are about 200 Ring-billed Gulls and
about six Herring Gulls on the beach now. Tomorrow they are having a race
there in the morning and I don't know if you will even be able to get to the
beach.
