I headed for Villa Angela and Wildwood State Parks on Lake Erie today to see if I could find anything.  I was there a ridiculously long time for what I was seeing from 11am to 4pm.  Temp 43 deg, winds 8-10mph N, NNE to N.  The cold weather brought back more Red-breasted Mergansers when I didn't see any Friday evening.  Saw no warblers.  Only new birds I saw here were Blue-headed Vireos and White-eyed Vireo.  Here are just a few of the birds seen:

Hooded Mergansers 3 females in marina
Red-breasted Mergansers 70+
Bonaparte's Gulls 30+ still some in marina
White-eyed Vireo 1  (VA)
Blue-headed Vireo 2 (VA)
House Wrens 3 (VA)
Ruby-crowned Kinglets 3
Blue-gray Gnatcatchers 11 (mostly VA)
Hermit Thrush ~ 13
Eastern Towhees 1 (hard to see today)
Gray Catbirds 2 VA
Northern Mockingbird 1 (east end marina)
Brown Thrashers 8 - many singing
Field Sparrows 2 (WW near creek)
White-throated Sparrows ~ 25 (many near fenceline of mobile home park/VA near lake)
Song Sparrows - few
Dark-eyed Junco 1 (east end of mobile home park near fenceline VA)
Brown-headed Cowbirds  12-15 very numerous today

Few Northern Flickers, many Blue Jays and A. Robins, swallows hard to find today only saw Barn Swallows
