I just got a call from Leroy Schlabach. Leroy and Ed just got back from chasing the Wood Storks in Cosh. County. They stayed until dark - the 2 birds finally returned to the pond area at 8 pm or later. One was roosting high in a sycamore tree over the road. See my post earlier today for directions. I might add that folks that might want to come in from the west via SR 83 can catch CR 145 at the Will's Creek Bridge and follow the road to the site - I don't have exact mileage coming from that direction.
Apparently the birds found other places to spend the day and returned to roost. If they follow the same pattern tomorrow as this morning, they might leave sometime after 8:30 or 9:00 am.
Good luck,
