I visited Villa Angela Park on Lake Erie on the east side of Cleveland last morning and this morning. Yesterday there was nothing to note except that I saw an osprey catch a large catfish. It flew around in a large circle over the water with it then flew off down the coastline pursued by three gulls. Today, however, I saw two immature black-and-white warblers and a veery, neither of which species have been present here this summer.
