Yesterday we enjoyed a beautiful day at Oak Openings Preserve at Mallard
Lake. We saw:

Mallard and what looked like 2 ducklings swimming, were gone when we got
closer to the lake.

Female Rose Breasted Groesbeck
Pine Siskins-5
Goldfinches-4f,1m
Pair of Downys
Pair of White Breasted Nuthatches
Red Breasted Nuthatch
Tufted Titmouse
Male Cardinal
Chipping Sparrows-2
Brown Headed Cowbirds-3
Mourning Doves-3
Eastern Phoebe-1 (pretty sure)
Blue Jays-3
Coopers Hawk-1

A Red or Fox Squirrel, there was a discussion. He was red, had kind of
pointy cupped ears and white eye ring.
