Cross posting from ebird. Amy Jaskowiak reports a BROWN PELICAN flyover. Bird flew over Wilmington college in Clinton County. She was able to observe the birds pouch which she said was "full". The report on ebird is rather vague but it would be worth checking places like Cowan Lake or the Wilmington reservoir. Caesars Creek and the gravel pits on Roxanna New Burlington Rd (Greene co) would also be worth checking.
