Valley Parkway near Big Met, Rocky River Reservation
Observer: Paula Lozano + three others
We observed the bittern hunting and catching what appeared to be a 6"-8" black fish (catfish?) and then a smaller, lighter colored fish. It was also the first time that I have ever seen a bittern's tongue! It's red!
