While we had mostly the "Usual Suspects" @ Walden Pond we did have a beautiful Canvasback, Redhead, Female Green Teal @ several American Widgeons. Off in the distance was a large Red Tail and closer in a Mockingbird all courtesy of a young man named James. Since they were on the far shore my images even with a 500mm lens were found "wanting" though confirming. We both chanced upon at least an 8~10 point Buck @ the east blind feeder who slowly moved away. Nothing there to speak of however, I sighted at least 1 and quite possibly 2 Pileated Woodpeckers during my walk.
All the best,
Doug
