Yesterday coming back from seeing the Harris's Sparrow with Gene we saw
a flock of 93 Wild Turkeys. One male was displaying with his tail
feathers spread.

Today I observed male Downy tapping to attract a mate. A few minutes
later I saw a female Downing with male. They were facing each other and
rapidly flapping their wings. Then one would fly a little higher on the
limb, wing flapping and then the other would take a higher position.
They would fly a short distance and repeat the whole effort again. This
went on for at least 15 minutes before I had to leave.

Good Birding
