Saw this in the Bird Studies Canada- you may know just the person for this: BSC Seeks Manager of Development12 July 2012 &ndash; Bird Studies Canada (BSC) is recruiting a highly-motivated professional fundraiser to expand our individual and corporate giving revenue streams. Reporting to BSC&rsquo;s President, the Manager of Development will collaborate with senior management to develop a comprehensive, multi-year Fund Development Plan. The plan will encompass individual giving, major donors, legacy giving, and corporate and foundation donors and supporters, and will establish a sustainable long-term fundraising program.
   The ideal candidate possesses: a related university degree; CFRE designation; a successful track record in individual, foundation, and corporate fundraising; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Raiser&rsquo;s Edge; a knowledge of the environmental NGO community; a personal interest in the natural world; and adherence to the highest ethical standards.
   This full-time position is based at BSC&rsquo;s Long Point, Ontario headquarters; alternative arrangements may be negotiable. Travel across Canada is expected.
