We have been primarily looking for waterfowl. The waters are rising
quickly, and the waterfowl is arriving.
North Park on Old Springfield Rd.:
Wood ducks
Canada geese
Northern harrier
Red-tailed hawk
Bonaparte's gulls
Lesser scaup
Great blue heron
Mallards
Ruddy ducks
Tree swallows
Cedar waxwings
Killdeer
Blue-winged teal
Main Park:
Green-winged teal
Black duck
Ruddy ducks
Lesser scaup
Canvasback
Hooded merganser
Coot
Blue-winged teal
