The weather situation looks very interesting tonight.
Before I go on, a caveat. I am only an amateur at  this
radar/weather/migration stuff, not any kind of a professional. But I have
been interested in weather for many years and studied a little on it. And
several people have indicated interest in my reports.

A note on the link I created the other day. It is an active one and gives
the sequence for the hour preceding the time you access it. So it should
continue to work that way. If not, let me know. Of course, you can access
the web site and do your own thing with it. By increasing the speed on
the bar at the top you get a more rapid motion - it then acts more like
the loop on a weather radar projection. Often the movement will be more
discernable then.

At present, there is a decent air stream from the south which *terminates
in northern Ohio* -- hits the wall of a front where the winds become more
easterly. For central Ohio, rain is predicted for early morning - not so
much at first. Thus there is the possibility of a strong migration which
gets stopped in Ohio, either by the change of wind (to from the east)
with the front to the north, or the inclement weather preceding the front
coming in from the west which also will bring northerly winds --
conditions which encourage a rest stop for migrating birds.

I am saying this on the basis of the current weather map and on the NWS
predictions. Thus, there could be a sequence of events which would
produce a nice fallout in some parts of Ohio.
