You might want to check out Kenn Kaufman's updates on the Black Swamp Bird
Observatory's birding page:

This doesn't replace Ohio birder reports, so people going to NW Ohio should
continue to post their results. But there's a good bit of information,
including not only Kenn's reports and predictions, but also a lot of
background information as well as maps and site descriptions for the area.
