An immature northern goshawk was seen 15 minutes (11:00) ago near the corner of Blackmore and Clark road in Perry Township. I watch the goshawk catch a yellow shafted flicker in mid flight and head south with it. The goshawk was seen heading an area with a lot of low trees and brush. The wind was picking up and it was starting to rain so the bird may hang around a bit.
To get to the location take route 2 east until it changes to Route 20. Go another 1/2 mile and Blackmore will be on the left. There is a pet store at the corner. Take Blackmore north to the end. With the wind and rain, things appear to be staying put.
