My wife and I went to lunch at the "Breakwall" restaurant in Conneaut Harbor
and it POURED for 15-20 minutes while we were eating. We decided to swing
through the sandspit on our way home.

There were numerous species in the central pool -

2 Willets

2 Red Knots

3 Pectoral SP

X Sanderling

3 SB Dowitchers

X Semipalmated Plover

X Semipalmated SP

X Least SP

Very short stop ins on the beach from

2 American Avocet

1 Black Bellied Plover

Also of note - over 100 common terns and a lone Caspian.
