Hi Folks, The cold weather is starting to concentrating geese and waterfowl by the river near the sewage plant half a mile south of U of D arena. Nothing unusual this morning with the following seen: Northern Shoveler, Black duck, Mallard, Ring-necked duck, Gadwall,Coot, Hooded Merganser and lots of Canada geese. Three Killdeers were working the bank of the river. I also had a daytime look at Great Horned Owl a few days ago in the same area.
