Avon Lake Power: The ice edge is pretty far offshore, and so were the birds. The usual 3 gulls and small numbers of common goldeneye, red-breasted and common mergansers, lesser scaup, and surf scoter. This afternoon on the way over the I 480 bridge the Peregrines (2) were
observed on the south side of the bridge on the billboards. At the cemetery this
evening 2 Merlin were observed. Section 85 and 76.
Also observed:
Canada Geese 20
Red-tail Hawk 2
Junco 4
Lou Gardella
