Hello OHbirders,
I spent a few hours today at Delaware State Park birding the thickets
and was able to turn up a few birds, though nothing too spectacular. I
was mainly on Panhandle Rd, and there from about 12-4PM. Here's a list
of the highlights:
Location: Delaware State Park
Observation date: 10/15/07
Number of species: 53
Blue-winged Teal 1, single male
Bald Eagle 1
Spotted Sandpiper 1
Red-headed Woodpecker 1
Horned Lark 5
Tree Swallow 60+
Red-breasted Nuthatch 2
Brown Creeper 1
Tennessee Warbler 1
Palm Warbler 1
Common Yellowthroat 2
Lincoln's Sparrow 1
Good birding,
Sean
