On Saturday morning (July 18th), I located two sedge wrens in the prairie
area of Grant Park (Centerville-Washington Township Park District).
I got to this area from the Liberty Retirement facility on the east side of
McEwen Road, just north of I-675. From the back side of this facility, you
can walk between two baseball fields, through a short wooded area, and
enter the park's prairie region. The sedge wrens were in the northeastern
portion of the prairie.
