There was ice to about a half mile out and beyond that was mostly open
water.  By 9:30 the open water disappeared and was replaced by ice.  Most of
the gulls were flying west low over the ice.  There were some flying
directly overhead also.  The only bird of note was an Iceland gull.

At my feeders today there were a half dozen siskins.  In general, there was
little feeder activity today.
