Good morning, birders!
The Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge auto tour IS open today. Please drive
carefully - the roads are okay, but there is a bit of snow.
Please also stop in, or give us a call, and let us know what you see! The
Visitor Center is open today until 4:00 p.m.
