The new male at the Terminal Tower in Downtown Cleveland has very dirty
bands but they look to be the Black/Green bands B/92.



He could be "Ranger" hatched at Eastlake's CEI power plant in 2007.



I have to make sure and read his USFWS bands that are very clean, and
unworn.

Not a 100% ID but I would lean towards "Ranger"



This could be his first nesting attempt so anything goes.



He and his mate SW are defending his Public Square nest area and has with of
his nest mate downed a BWH and Chad and Chris veteran falcon watchers saw
the pair attacking a Red Tail as well.
