This afternoon there were good numbers of Lapland Longspurs and a few Snow Buntings at the intersection of CH112 and TH42 in northern Wyandot Co. The birds have returned here faithfully for the past 6 seasons. They are feeding in plowed fields with some standing water. This area is 5 miles north of US23 just west of SR53.
