Greetings,
Watched the neighbors dog walk across the pond into the creek where
it startled a Great Blue Heron. Didn't know they were still here.
Also have had an abundance of Blue Jays and Cardinals. Started off
the New Year with woodpeckers. Flicker, Pileated, Red Bellied and
Downy Woodpeckers are regular visitors.  A flock of Horned Larks have
returned to the fields on Becker Road and Baird here in Wakeman,
Lorain County.  Lower deck is filled with Juncos and White Crowned
Sparrows.. Saw a Fox Sparrow two days ago. Happy Birding.
