A trip to the Wilds on the 27th offered up a bonanza of 10-12 rough
legged hawks and a handful of northern harriers (three). Also of note
were a couple of tundra swans in the large pool off of 340.

Big Island on the 27th was the real treasure trove as far as Harriers
are concerned. There were at least 10, all female, and a couple of Bald
Eagles in one of the dead trees at the lake beyond the large barn. Did
not stay to see the SE Owls come out.
