Hi Everyone,

As I was hanging an exhibit of some of my photographs from El Chocó,
Colombia at the Cleveland MetroParks CanalWay Visitor Center (Cuyahoga
Heights, Cuyahoga County) this morning, I took advantage of the opportunity
to look out every once in a while towards their feeders.

They have a LOT of Northern Cardinals (at one point there were a dozen or so
males in my view), and even more White-throated Sparrows. There we also some
American Tree Sparrows, a few Black-capped Chickadees and several Red-winged
Blackbirds (the staff told me they have been there all winter). I missed the
apparently very regular Red-Tailed and Cooper¹s Hawks, but what I did see
would have been worth the trip even without the work I was doing there.

Best wishes,

Steve Cagan
Cleveland Heights (Cuyahoga County)
