Had a lone Great Egret at 12:25pm today while on my lunch break. Flew right over my work parking lot on Cuyahoga Falls Industrial Pkwy. on the Cuyahoga Falls/Peninsula border. The bird landed in the parking lot behind the old Big Apple(now I'm showing my age)/Akron Agora/Boot Scoot'n Saloon and current quad/dirt bike training area of State 8 Motorcycles off of State Rd. This corner of the old lot stays wet and I'm sure yesterdays thunderstorms made it an inviting site from the air.
